Our client is a growing IT business who is seeking to hire a Finance Business Partner to take ownership of a fast paced entity which has enjoyed high growth 40% YOY. The role will suit an ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified who can support the business to continue with their revenue growth. The role will support senior managers and the leadership with all revenue related areas; forecasting, budgeting, planning and pricing:Responsibilities:Management Reporting and Contracts:o Monthly Financial Management report & KPI’s for distribution to Account Managers & USA Leadershipo Review & understand costing and pricing for new contracts. Advise on financial and commercial component of bids and new contracts.o Review reasonableness and understand Account Forecasts on a monthly basis - advise regional MD on forecast amendments, risks and opportunities.o Track and report on accuracy and reasonableness of Estimates at Completion.o Analyse, report and advise on monthly performance of engagementso Analyse and report on comparison of actuals data to key metricso Identify areas for cost improvements within the region and advise the regional MDMonthly Financial Closeo Adhere to the monthly close cycle and timetable ensuring periods are closed within given KPI’so Produce monthly accrued and deferred revenue accounting entries in accordance with revenue recognition statutory requirements.o Report and present final results and variance analysis to the regional MDCash Management:o Ensure invoicing to customers is on-time, complete and in line with supporting contracts, purchase orders, Statements of Work and other supporting documentation and customer requirements;o Work with the Credit controller where required to ensure all invoices are paid on a timely basis and issues that prevent payment are identified, escalated and resolved.
