A growing business in the Reading area is seeking an experienced Finance professional to oversee all finance matters.
The role requires expertise in cash and treasury reporting, VAT return preparation, and general ledger reconciliations.
Candidates must have Sage experience and be willing to work in the office five days a week.
The position necessitates a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in finance.
The salary for this role is competitive and commensurate with experience.

A growing business in the Reading area is looking for an experienced Finance professional to join the team and act as the go to person for all finance matters across the business. This role will form an integral part in the operational running of the business and will be a valued and trusted member of the team

Responsibilities:

Cash & treasury reporting
Accruals & prepayments
VAT return preparation and submission to HMRC
General ledger reconciliations & reviews
Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Payroll
Management accounting
Trial balances
Liasing with external & internal auditors
Year end

The successful candidate must:

Sage experience
Be comfortable working in the office 5 days per week
