Our client is a growing development business who is seeking to hire an FP&A Manager. The role will suit a qualified commercially astute ACA/ACCA or CIMA qualified Accountant who wants to be a value add support to all key business stakeholders.Responsibilities:

  • Enhance and manage the budgeting and forecasting process, working with stakeholders to support the strategic direction of the organisation
  • Lead P&L and business review meetings with the leadership team
  • Developing the monthly reporting cycle, with reporting across the organisation of financial performance, comparisons with budgets and relevant KPIs
  • Incorporate enhanced variance analysis production for all group reporting purposes, including, detailed analysis and commentary on team/cost centre results
  • Develop dashboard of KPI reporting and analytics, for leadership team
  • Utilising BI tools to deliver meaningful insights into business performance
  • Work closely with the financial accounting team to ensure accruals and reallocations are in line with expectations
  • Lead meetings with portfolio teams/cost centre heads to build their annual budgets and quarterly forecasts
  • Support Human Resources as Business Partner

A salary of £70,000-£75,000 is on offer plus bonus and benefits.
