About the Job:

The Head of Finance will play a critical role in guiding the financial strategy of the organization. This leadership position demands a proactive approach to financial management and a strong understanding of IFRS standards. You will oversee all financial activities, ensuring compliance and facilitating informed decision-making within the company. 

Duties will include:

  • Developing and implementing financial strategies in alignment with the company's goals.
  • Leading financial forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes.
  • Ensuring compliance with IFRS, corporate governance, and regulatory requirements.
  • Overseeing financial policies, procedures, and controls to optimize operational efficiency.
  • Collaborating with cross-departmental teams to provide financial insights and support growth initiatives.

About the Successful Applicant:

The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or ACA) with a strong background in financial controlling within the telecommunications or software sector.
