- Leading and managing audit engagements from planning to completion, ensuring quality and compliance with International Standards on Auditing.
- Overseeing teams, coaching and mentoring audit staff to support their professional growth.
- Acting as the key contact for clients, building strong relationships and providing expert guidance.
- Liaising with Engagement Quality Control Reviewers and other stakeholders to ensure technical excellence.
- Supporting business development activities, including preparing and presenting audit tenders.
We're keen to speak with ACA or ACCA qualified professionals who have a strong background in managing audits for listed or Public Interest Entities (PIEs). Ideal candidates will have:
- Proven experience in audit at a managerial level, ideally within Manufacturing, Retail, Professional Services, or Technology sectors.
- Strong technical expertise in IFRS, UK GAAP, and auditing standards.
- Excellent leadership and client management skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships.
- A proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving and team leadership.
