Finance Director – FTC starting April 2025 until July 2026 (Maternity Cover)

2) The Role

As Finance Director, you will be a key member of the senior leadership team, responsible for financial management, compliance, and strategic planning. Your expertise will help ensure the company remains financially robust while supporting operational performance.

Key responsibilities:?? Overseeing financial reporting, accounting, and forecasts in line with regulations and company policies.?? Leading annual audits, statutory accounts, and tax processes.?? Managing cash flow, stock, and working capital.?? Overseeing office operations, including HR, customer service, and outsourced providers.?? Ensuring compliance with local laws, regulations, and corporate policies.?? Acting as the key contact for banking, insurance, and intellectual property matters.?? Leading and developing a high-performing finance and office support team.

3) About You

You are a fully qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA) with 7-10 years of finance management experience, ideally within the pharmaceutical industry. You’ll bring:

? Strong financial and management reporting skills.? Experience leading a small team.? A proactive and results-driven approach.? Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong sense of accountability.? The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.? A collaborative and transparent leadership style.
