We are recruiting for a predominantly remote based Financial Planner with a strong business development background or transferable clients to join an independent Chartered firm in the South of England. There are offices and occasional meetings to attend in person so you must be based in the South of England for this role.
Although there isn't a ready client bank to take over, the company is planning to acquire some client books as part of their growth strategy so there is likely to be some support to accelerate the growth of your book, however they are looking for experienced business developers who are able to win business quickly to hit the ground running.
Requirements
- Minimum Level 4 qualified (ideally CII although CISI and LIBF also considered).
- 3+ years experience advising clients and winning new business independently
- Experience managing a client bank in excess of £10mAUM
- Ability to work independently and remotely, with a car and living in the South of England
This is an employed role offering a basic salary of typically £55-75k although there is some flexibility on this if you are bringing transferable assets. In addition there is a formulaic bonus structure for new business income and other permanent benefits.
