Key Responsibilities:
- Administration Support: As a Financial Administrator, you will handle the day-to-day administrative duties behind pensions, investments, and other financial services products. Your attention to detail will ensure that all client records are maintained accurately and all financial transactions are processed smoothly.
- Client Communications: You will play a crucial role in client relations, communicating effectively to schedule meetings, gather necessary information, and keep clients updated on their financial portfolios.
- Report Preparation: You will assist the advisors by preparing comprehensive reports for client review meetings, ensuring that all reports are compliant and aligned with the firm’s high standards.
- Client Service: Providing an excellent level of service will be at the core of your role. You'll handle client queries, provide support during meetings, and ensure that clients receive timely and relevant information.
- Ad-Hoc Support: As a Financial Administrator, you'll also take on other administrative tasks as required, ensuring that the office runs smoothly and efficiently.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous Experience: You’ll need a solid background in Financial Administration, ideally within an IFA practice or wealth management firm, where you’ve gained exposure to financial products, services, and client interaction.
- Proven Ability: Experience in supporting financial advisors by preparing reports, managing client communications, and overseeing administrative processes related to pensions, investments, and wealth management services.
- Attention to Detail: The ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
