Role Summary

The Proposition Lead will sit within the Client Project Delivery team and is responsible for designing, implementing and managing the EQ proposition for Pensions Dashboard.

The role holder will work very closely with Programme and Project delivery teams to support definition of client and scheme-specific deliverables, defining and estimating the requirement for successful delivery. They will also act as the EQRS Pensions Dashboard subject matter expert, supporting client discussions and being a leading voice in the Pensions Administration industry.

Please note, this is an 18-month FTC.

Core Duties/Responsibilities

  • Represent EQ as the Pensions Dashboard SME, working with clients to establish the required approach.
  • Establish the EQ Go to market and implementation approaches and how our core platforms support this.
  • Supporting implementations through a series of client-specific engagements, delivered in a consistent fashion and utilising offshore resource where possible.
  • Understand the EQRS administration platforms and work closely with Product Managers and owners to design and implement a standard, repeatable framework for delivering Pensions Dashboard to clients.
  • Drive profitable Pensions Dashboard engagement.

Skills, Knowledge, Capabilities and Attributes

The successful candidate will demonstrate the following experience, skills and behaviours:

  • Pensions Dashboard Knowledge | An understanding of requirements for Clients based on:
  • Commercial | How differing approaches impact Project costs and on-going Administration costs and (with support) can quantify this
  • Our platforms | The platform solution EQ has built
  • Experience of working within a Proposition development role
