AC Engineer - Reading, Berkshire - 50,000

Position: Static AC Engineer
Location: Reading, Berkshire
Salary: Up to 50,000 + Company Vehicle
Key Responsibilities:
- Fault Finding, Compressors.
- Daikin & Mitsubishi AC system knowledge
- Breakers, change plug sockets, temp tests, fire alarm tests.
- Splits/multi-splits
- VRV/VAV/VRF
Package & Benefits:
- Competitive basic salary of up to 50,000
- No Callout
- Static role with an element of mobile covering up to 4 sites in Reading, Slough, Langley & Winnersh (Largely working in Reading)
- Transport: Company Vehicle (Pool Van)
- Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm (40 Hour working week)
- Lunch Allowance - 1 hour

Requirements:
- Level 2 Refrigeration & Air conditioning (Desired but not Essential)
- F-Gas Cat 1 (Essential)
- 3+ years of experience in Building Services and commercial environments
- Proven track record in commercial building maintenance
- Strong communication skills
- Full UK Drivers Licence (Clean, no more than 6 points)
