We are on the lookout for a strong administrator who has construction experience to join our client for a period of 3 - 4 months. You will be helping with minute taking, document control, and general admin duties.

Job Title: Administrator/PA

Hourly Rate: £20 - £25/hour

Location: Pangbourne

Type: 3 - 4 month temporary contract

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure documents and checks are up to date
  • Minute taking in meetings
  • Ensure all documents are sent out in a timely manner
  • Answer customer queries
  • Provide support to project, contract and site managers
  • General admin support

Requirements:

  • Experience in construction
  • Minute taking abilities
  • Organisation and time management skills
  • An eye for detail
  • Strong communication skills
