Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer telephone and email enquiries from customers regarding pricing, product availability, and order progress.
  • Manage the sales and info email accounts.
  • Process sales orders for new and existing customers.
  • Pick, pack, and despatch orders.
  • Book in goods and perform basic stock control tasks.
  • Monitor the progress of orders and communicate any issues to customers.
  • Handle and resolve customer issues, queries, and returns.
  • Liaise with other departments regarding customer orders.
  • Provide general administrative support.
  • Assist with basic assembly tasks on the shop floor during quieter periods.

Required Skills:

  • Meticulous attention to detail, with the ability to double-check data entry and packing to avoid mistakes.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proactive and self-motivated personality.
  • Good numeracy and IT skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Ability to plan, organise, and prioritise workload.
