Field/Home based, Account Management focused covering the South East and the South West but our client is only considering candidates based in Berkshire, Hampshire, Surrey or East Wiltshire. Offering up to £40,500 basic (plus a possible £6k southern weighting, depending on location), £50k+ OTE, Electric Car, Final Salary Pension and other leading benefits.

The Role:

  • Your role is to sell the company's manufactured range of Highways Safety Products, the product range is vast and includes Bollards, Highways Signage, Grit Bins and Snow Clearance Products
  • Field/home based covering the South East and the South West but our client is only considering candidates based in Berkshire, Hampshire, Surrey or East Wiltshire
  • Account Management focused selling to Local Authorities, Government Departments, Traffic Management Contractors and Highways Maintenance Contractors. 
  • Although Account Management focused you will be required to show some new business initiative.
  • Fantastic Leads provided and a huge database of clients to work with.
  • You will be required to demonstrate the products on a regular basis so must be able to carry/transport products.
  • Attending around 2-3 face to face appointments per day.
  • Excellent product training with great support and back up
  • Realistic and achievable targets, orders can be £2-3k to £50-60k++

  • Can sell products by demonstration, must be able to carry/transport products
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Great presentation skills and experience
  • Self motivated and determined

The Package:

  • Up to £40,500k basic salary dependant on experience, (plus an additional £6k London weighting dependant on your location) Quarterly bonus OTE £50k.
