- Lead the planning, execution, and successful closure of large AV and digital signage projects.
- Develop detailed project plans, ensuring effective resource allocation, tracking of progress, and timely project delivery.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution of projects.
- Ensure all projects are delivered within scope, on time, and within budget.
- Define project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Utilise your extensive experience in AV to provide technical leadership and support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to implement cutting-edge AV and digital signage solutions.
- Conduct detailed site surveys and assessments to determine project requirements, challenges, and opportunities.
- Oversee installation and testing of AV systems and digital signage, ensuring adherence to technical specifications and industry standards.
