We are looking for a talented and ambitious performance marketer to support our Home Broadband team in ensuring that the broadband offers are effectively targeted to potential customers, with an engaging and seamless customer journey that drives sign-ups and conversions.

  • This role will assist with the planning and execution of performance marketing campaigns focused on Home Broadband, connecting with consumers, driving response, and contributing to customer acquisition.
  • You'll support the development of performance marketing creatives for Home Broadband across both offline channels (DRTV, radio, press, door drops, etc.) and digital channels (search, social, display), as well as assist with our owned channels such as website banners and customer communications.
  • You'll contribute to the execution of marketing activities, assisting with creative development, media planning, and tracking campaign effectiveness. You will help optimize our marketing strategies to achieve Home Broadband commercial targets.
  • The role supports key initiatives to help bring our broadband offers to market, contributing directly to our commercial objectives and growth within the Home Broadband sector.

The Role

  • Support the development of sales-driving creative across various media and channels specific to Home Broadband, working with creative agencies and internal teams on production timelines, quality, and cost management.
  • Assist with media planning and budget tracking for Home Broadband performance marketing campaigns across different channels.
  • Collaborate with the brand and retail marketing teams to deliver effective, integrated Home Broadband marketing communication plans.
  • Help monitor campaign performance and report results against key objectives, such as sign-ups, conversion rates, and lead generation. Provide feedback to identify areas for optimization in Home Broadband marketing efforts.
