About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and driven Cisco Collaboration Sales Specialist to join our team and play a crucial role in expanding our portfolio of Cisco collaboration solutions across the UK market. As a Cisco Collaboration Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for engaging with new and existing clients, providing expert guidance on Ciscos collaboration suite, and developing strategies to drive sales and adoption of these solutions. Your expertise will support our clients' need for dynamic and flexible communication solutions, whilst helping us meet ambitious sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to grow sales of Cisco collaboration products, including Webex, Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), and related video and voice solutions.
  • Proactively identify, target, and engage prospective clients while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
  • Understand client requirements and tailor solutions to meet their collaboration needs.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on Cisco collaboration solutions, demonstrating in-depth knowledge of products, features, and integration options.
  • Work closely with account managers, pre-sales engineers, and Ciscos own specialist teams to deliver comprehensive solutions.
  • Conduct regular market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and key client needs.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets by managing the entire sales process, from lead generation and qualification through to close.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: 3+ years experience in a sales or pre-sales role, ideally within the Cisco ecosystem or in a similar collaboration technology field.
  • Cisco Knowledge: Strong understanding of Cisco collaboration solutions (Webex, CUCM, Cisco Meeting Server, Jabber, and contact centre solutions). Cisco certification (such as Cisco Collaboration Sales Specialist, CCNA Collaboration) is a strong advantage.
  • Sales Skills: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment, with a focus on technology or collaboration solutions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical solutions clearly and compellingly to clients at all levels.
  • UK Market Knowledge: Familiarity with the UK market dynamics for IT and communications solutions, and an understanding of regulatory and industry-specific needs.
