Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and motivatedCisco Licensing Sales Specialistto join our sales team. In this role, you will focus on driving sales of Cisco licensing solutions to new and existing clients. You will be responsible for understanding the intricacies of Ciscos licensing models, including software, subscriptions, and enterprise agreements, and providing tailored licensing solutions to meet client needs. This role requires a combination of technical knowledge, sales expertise, and excellent customer relationship management.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage sales opportunitiesfor Cisco licensing solutions, identifying and closing deals with new and existing clients.
  • Understand and stay updatedon Ciscos licensing models, including traditional licensing, software subscriptions, and enterprise agreements (EA).
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as the technical and account management teams, to deliver seamless support throughout the sales cycle.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and detailed quotes for Cisco licensing solutions.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets, driving revenue growth within the Cisco licensing portfolio.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trendsand changes in Cisco's licensing models, ensuring you provide the most relevant and timely advice to clients.
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor for their Cisco licensing requirements.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in IT sales, ideally inCisco licensingor software sales.
  • In-depth knowledge ofCiscos licensing models, including traditional licensing, software subscriptions, and enterprise agreements.
  • Technical Knowledge:
  • Familiarity with Cisco technologies and solutions, including hardware, software, and cloud services.
  • Ability to understand and explain complex licensing structures and offerings.
  • Organisation and Communication:
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
  • Strongverbal and written communication skills, with the ability to prepare detailed proposals and presentations.
  • Qualifications:
  • Relevant Cisco certifications (e.g., Cisco Business Architecture Analyst or similar) would be advantageous.
