Delivery LeadInside IR35 Contract - 6 monthsHybrid in Berkshire, Hampshire or ScotlandUp to £650pdWe are seeking an experienced Delivery Lead to oversee the successful delivery of contact centre projects leveraging Oracle CX or Genesys platforms within an Agile framework. This role requires a dynamic leader with a proven track record in managing end-to-end delivery, stakeholder engagement, and team coordination in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within scope, and budget.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, deliverables, and success metrics.
- Foster a high-performing Agile environment, promoting collaboration and adaptability.
- Identify and mitigate risks to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Provide clear and concise updates to stakeholders and leadership teams.
- Collaborating closely with the Product Owner and Architecture Lead to ensure the product roadmaps have a right balance of delivering business outcomes, technology enablement and operational requirements
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience as a Delivery Lead in Agile environments.
- Strong expertise in implementation of CRM platform involving Oracle CX, Genesys or other Contact Centre platforms.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Certification in Agile methodologies (Scrum Master, SAFe, etc.) is highly desirable.
