UKAS Accredited Consultancy with long standing team of management and site staff. Renowned for their attention to detail and understanding of client needs, they are now looking to expand their team. The client will consider either a qualified Analyst or Surveyor who is seeking further BOHS module training. Company vehicle, OT paid outside of 40 hours and at a good rate for weekend shifts is available alongside long term development.
Consideration will be given to candidates from: Windsor, Bracknell, Basingstoke, Alton, Guildford, Slough, High Wycombe, Watford, Hemel Hempstead, Abingdon, Witney , Oxford, Brakcley, Milton Keynes, Luton, Stevenage, Hertford, St Albans, Cheshunt, Harlow, Bishop's Stortford.
Experience & Qualifications:
" Will hold BOHS P402 or BOHS P403/P404 or be dual qualified.
" Experience working hands on for a UKAS accredited Asbestos Consultancy is essential to role.
" Well versed in HSG 264 / HSG 248 guidelines.
" IT literate, able to use TEAMS / TRACKER systems.
" Able to communicate well and organise workload in line with company needs.
The Role:
" Visiting Commercial, Industrial, Educational, Social Housing, Leisure, and Retail sites.
" Undertaking management, refurbishment, demolition, and re-inspection surveys.
" Conducting 4 stage clearances.
" Carrying out leak, smoke, background, re-occupation, and personal air testing.
" Sampling of suspected ACMs, ensuring to bag and label correctly prior to sending for analysis.
" Working in line with HSG 264 / HSG 248 guidelines.
" Undertaking audits on site in line with company and client needs.
" Using TEAMS / Tracker systems to produce detailed reports based on site findings.
