Excellent opportunity for an IT Support Engineer who has good experience using Dynamics 365 Business Central. The successful candidate will be required to provide technical support to end users with a focus on Dynamics 365 Business Central and sometimes other Dynamics solutions. This will include incidents; problems; requests or change control depending on the specific requirements of the customer. Our client is one of Microsoft's leading partners in the UK and they specialise in Azure, Security, Dynamics 365, and Microsoft 365.
This is predominantly a remote working role with occasional travel required to one of our clients' sites in the UK. These include locations such as London, Reading, Manchester, and Sheffield.
Skills required:
- MS Dynamics Business Central
- Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 applications and modules. These include Financial Management, Sales, Purchasing and Inventory
- Ability to develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Dynamics 365 tools
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience with system configuration and customization
- Microsoft certifications would be beneficial (MB-910 Dynamics 365 Fundamentals and MB-800 Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant Associate)
