The Role:

As an Electronics Collection & Disposal Driver, you will be a vital part of the operations team, ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of electronic equipment. Your day-to-day duties will include:

  • Vehicle Maintenance: Conducting routine vehicle checks, including oil, coolant, and AdBlue levels, and refilling as necessary. You’ll be responsible for reporting any vehicle damage or faults immediately to ensure safe operation.
  • Vehicle Care: Taking ownership of your allocated vehicle, keeping it clean, well-maintained, and stocked with the necessary supplies.
  • Driving Duties: Safely driving to and from customer and supplier sites, adhering to all UK driving regulations.
  • Loading and Securing: Safely loading your vehicle with electronic equipment, securing the load with provided ratchet straps, and ensuring all items are ready for transit.
  • Documentation: Using the company-provided mobile phone, you’ll ensure that all collections and deliveries are signed for by the site contact, maintaining accurate records of your work. Full training will be provided.

Pay:

£12.83 per hour (including holiday pay) with minimum 8 hours pay per day.
