Stanton House is partnering with a leading retail business which is currently focusing on improving and investing in people and processes. They hold a strong market presence and are embarking on an exciting period of change and transformation following a successful takeover last year.

The client is seeking an experienced Finance Transformation Lead to join their long-term transformation journey. This role will initially involve scoping out all current processes, including finance processes, end-to-end payments, people processes, change processes, and ERP systems, before providing and implementing solutions to achieve higher efficiency and modernisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the scoping and evaluation of current business and financial processes.
  • Develop and implement strategies for process improvement and modernisation.
  • Oversee the transformation of manual processes to automated systems.
  • Collaborate with C-level executives to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Manage the integration and optimisation of ERP systems.

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in leading large finance transformation programmes.
  • In-depth knowledge of ERP systems, with a preference for Oracle.
  • Strong ability to map out current processes, conduct evaluations, and develop improvement strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills, with experience working closely with C-level executives.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
