This role is based in our Reading office and offers a chance to be part of a visionary full-cycle energy services expert team.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Oversee the safe, efficient, and effective execution of sampling and analysis of fluids.
  • Ensure accurate data is recorded, analysed, and collated into a report format as per clients’ requirements.
  • Perform maintenance checks on analytical lab equipment and troubleshoot any issues, reporting them to the lab manager.
  • Follow up administrative procedures and work instructions specified by management systems to comply with the requirements of accreditation.
  • Occasionally travel internationally for key projects.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering.
  • Knowledge and technical experience working safely in a chemistry laboratory.
  • Proficiency in conducting inspections, audits, and statistical analysis.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyse complex data and identify trends.
  • Openness to occasional international travel for key projects.
