My client, a leader in the insurance sector, are on the look-out for an experienced and passionate Head of Development to join their already well-established team.

They set out to build a ground up solution to keep customers front and centre of the insurance experience. Their cutting-edge insurance platform is built primarily in Java following a multi-tiered service-oriented architecture deployed to AWS. It provides multiple public websites, portals, web services and online line-of-business applications in a High Availability scenario to customers globally.

The technology-driven company develops cutting-edge software for pricing management and a 24/7 live feedback system that ensures real-time, accurate insurance pricing. Their platform promotes a strategic approach, with a strong focus on delivering code of the highest quality.

The Head of Development would be collaborating with a team in a hybrid working environment using technologies such as Java, Spring, Spring Boot, AWS, SQL and have access to all the latest micro serviced technologies.
