Sonic Summary

Middlemore is exclusively assisting a leading utilities firm based west of London in appointing a PMO Lead for Data & Insights in a newly created role.
The position requires candidates to have a minimum of 5 years of experience in PMO leadership and relevant qualifications such as APM or PRINCE.
Key responsibilities include establishing reporting and insights capabilities, implementing performance measurement cycles, and leading a team of approximately 5 FTE.
Candidates should have experience in data management framework implementation, data analysis, and proficiency in Power BI or equivalent reporting tools.
The salary for this role is competitive, reflecting the candidate's experience and expertise in the field.

Middlemore are working excluisvely with a leading utilities qfirm, HQ'd West of London to help them appoint a PMO Lead for Data & Insights in this newly created role. Our client is going through significant regulatory reform, and have recently created a number of new roles within the PMO Leadership team. Some responsibilities and accountabilities will include:

To setup, establish and lead the Reporting and Insights capabilities to measure performance to date, and forecasting futrure performance.
Develop, setup and implement the standrad perfromance measurment cycle
Develop, setup and implement reporting and insights framework
Lead, develop and optimise production of specific regulatorey reporting
Lead, mentor and develop a team c5 FTE ensuring PMOs produce the right data at the right time

The ideal candidate:

APM, PRINCE or other relvant qulaificationsExperience of P3M
Data Management frameork implmentation experience
Data analysis and insights frameworks experience
Power BI - or equivalent reporting tookll experience
