Think Specialist Recruitment are delighted to be working with an industry leading international company in finding an Inside Sales Executive to join their newly formed team in their offices in Reading.

The aim of this role will be to sell solutions, services and products to existing clients and also look to target new business in order to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.

This role will be a fully office-based position in our clients Reading offices; the salary on offer is between £25k and £30k dependent on experience, our client offer an attractive commission structure with the successful candidate having the opportunity to earn uncapped commission on all sales made.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for sales process from contact through to close.
  • New Business focus within Existing and New accounts.
  • Proactive sales of selected Services, Products & Solutions.
  • Develop knowledge of total Portfolio.
  • Identify Decision makers within target customers & Prospects.
  • Utilise full range of resource tools including but not limited to Bus Gen Support, marketing, social media platforms.
  • Manage time to achieve key performance indicators.
  • Update manage and maintain SFDC as per guidelines and KPI's.
  • Respond to Service desk tickets.
  • Follow up on marketing run business campaigns.
  • Call focussed targeted markets promoting key products and services.
  • Direct responsibility of all Business Solutions renewals below £20K threshold.
  • Developing day to day relationships with key clients & stakeholders.
  • Provide a high level of Customer Satisfaction.
  • Good relationship with Technical Services Staff to specify customer requirement correctly.
  • Close relationship with SOP staff in order that the correct level of detail is provided ensuring purchase ordering and invoicing is not delayed.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to exceed targets through structured approach and pipeline management.
  • Maintain efficient diary and time management.
  • Demonstratable previous experience within a sales role is desired.
  • Results orientated, driven to succeed, achieve and exceed targets.
  • Experiencing of using relationship management tools (Salesforce) and competent in using all MS office programs, Word, PowerPoint, Excel SharePoint, Teams etc.
  • Proven experience of negotiation skills and the ability to close deals.
  • Building rapport with customers- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
  • Comfortable in cross selling being able to use initiative to offer alternative solutions to potential customers.
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
  • Strong commitment to and the achievement of business goals e.g., Win rates, revenue and profitability targets.
  • Awareness of how the role impacts on company performance. Considering the needs of all stakeholders, pre-empting potential situations and taking action to avert them. Proactively seeking to improve the service provided to colleagues and/or customers.
  • Ensure relevant and timely communication with all stakeholders who might be impacted by actions or inactions. Recommending solutions and/or alternative propositions when things go wrong.
  • Committed to achieving business goals- always going the extra mile in order to exceed expectations.
  • Being courageous- proactively trying something different and speaking up to put forward new ideas.
