An opportunity for someone available immediately or at short notice to join this incredible organisation on a temporary basis whilst they focus on recruitment for a permanent person. Part time 21-25 hours per week, based in offices in central Reading. This is a respected organisation and they have a small and friendly HR team that you will work within. 

About the Job

This part-time HR role (21-25 hours per week, based in the office) supporting the HR management team and dealing with a back log of references, DBS checks and a number of other outstanding HR admin tasks. In addition:

Duties will include:

  • Closing off outstanding references
  • Chasing Probationary review forms –from Line Manager’s
  • Recruitment - Collating CV’s – live vacancies, setting up interviews
  • Checking our HR Inbox and responding to emails
  • GDPR audit – old files – annual task (both digital files and paper files)
  • Assisting with the collection of data from our Annual Staff Survey – about to go out
  • Monthly payroll preparations – files and documents
  • Sending out monthly work anniversary emails
About the Successful ApplicantTo be considered for ther ole you will need to have experience within HR and be knowledge of taking references, recruitment process and any experience of DBS checks would be really good.  What You Will Receive in Return

An role suited to someone who is available at short notice or available immediately and seeking part time working hours. To reiterate this is 21-25 hours per week and these hours will be working in the office in central Reading so very good in terms of transport links to the location. Holiday will be accured on an hourly basis and there is a potential that this role could well be permanent in the future.
