Our client is seeking a skilled and reliable Plumber / Multi-Trader to join their team working on a social housing contract. This role involves carrying out repairs and maintenance across residential properties in Reading and the surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Performing plumbing repairs, installations, and maintenance.
- Conducting general repairs and maintenance across various trades (e.g., carpentry, plastering, tiling).
- Providing high-quality service to tenants in social housing properties.
- Ensuring all work is completed in line with safety regulations and company standards.
- Managing time effectively to meet deadlines and job requirements.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Plumber with multi-skilled knowledge.
- Experience in social housing or similar maintenance contracts is preferred.
- Full driving license and ability to travel within the Reading area.
- Excellent communication skills and customer service.
