Role: PSV Engineer

Salary: £53350 - £26.50 per hour

Hours: Lates - 2pm - 1am

Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off

Location: Berkshire

Our clients is looking for an experienced PSV Engineer or HGV Technician to join their team.

About the PSV Engineer Role:

  • Inspecting, repairing, and maintaining the fleet
  • Investigating and diagnosing mechanical and electronic faults
  • Recording faults and all work performed on tablet
  • Attending to daily reported defects
  • Working with health and safety protocols and reporting any issues

The ideal candidate will have:

  • An NVQ level 3 qualification for maintenance and repair of PSV or HGV (or an equivalent international qualification)
  • OR at least five years' experience in repairing and maintaining public service or heavy goods vehicles.
  • An IRTEC is highly desirable or willingness to undergo the necessary training
  • A PCV license is desirable but not essential
  • A desire to progress their career further
