Our client, a rapidly growing medical diagnostics organisation is currently looking for an R&D Assistant Engineer to join their innovative team in Reading on a full time, permanent basis.As an R&D Assistant Engineer, you'll support the development, maintenance and optimisation of advanced devices, ensuring precision and reliability in diagnostic solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative solutions that meet the needs of customers and drive technological advancement.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the design, testing and troubleshooting of diagnostic equipment
  • Support senior engineers in product development and system improvements
  • Conduct technical analysis, problem-solving and documentation
