Reporting Lead

Location: London

Salary: £75,000 - £90,000 + benefits

As a Reporting Lead, you will play a vital role in supporting large-scale infrastructure and utilities projects by delivering accurate and timely project performance data. Your main responsibility will be to lead the project reporting function, ensuring that all critical project metrics, including Earned Value Management (EVM), are managed effectively and in line with project baselines.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage reporting systems for tracking and monitoring project performance.

Establish reporting frameworks in alignment with project control baselines.

Oversee and analyse internal and external costs to ensure compliance with cost control frameworks.

Prepare detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior stakeholders.

Collaborate with the project controls team to align reporting, planning, and cost control.

Manage project forecasts, including Estimate at Completion (EAC) and Estimated Costs to Complete (ETC).

Monitor project risks, contingency funds, and uncertainties to provide accurate forecasting.

Oversee change control processes to maintain consistency with the projects baseline.
