Our client is happy to consider non-qualified Assessors, who possess a solid history within Residential Childcare at Team Leader level or above - and ideally some exposure to learning and development.Full training and support will be given to Trainee candidates to achieve the Teaching / Assessing qualification.Essential Criteria:

Hold strong, occupational competency at Team Leader level or above within a Residential Childcare setting.

Must hold a Level 3 in Residential Childcare as a minimum.

Full, clean, UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
Must be flexible with travel.

Duties include:

Assess and support a caseload of learners working towards Residential Childcare Apprenticeships up to Level 5.
Support learners with Functional Skills Maths and English to Level 2.
Managing your diary efficiently to ensure timely reviews and meetings are conducted.
Conduct online video meetings and training sessions with learners.
Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.
Support, advise and motivate learners.
Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.
