The role: Room Controller
Location: Reading
Duration: 10 months+ Contract INSIDE IR35

The role:
To provide assistance to management and leadership to control, monitor and coordinate the control of access to rooms that are nearing completion
Control all access to rooms, ensure they are left in a safe, clean & tidy manner for supporting the coordination of tasks / trade disciplines / inspection / of each room.
- Carry out room by room reviews to identify remaining scope
Essential:
- Ability to control several interfaces of multiple levels of trades and subcontract teams at the same time.
- A clear, informative, decisive and collaborative communicator.
- Experienced in Microsoft applications with the ability to create / monitor and report using Excel, Word & Powerpoint
- IOSH Working Safely
Desirable:
· Experience in Multidiscipline coordination is desired
