Salary: Up to 26,265 per annum

We are currently working with a well-established childcare provider looking for a Room Leader to join their team. As part of the management team, you'll have the opportunity to lead a dedicated staff group while maintaining the highest standards of care and education.

Rate of pay/Salary: Up to 26,265 per annum

What's involved?

Full-time contract consisting of 40 hours per week
Lead and supervise playroom staff to ensure high-quality care and education
Promote and implement the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
Provide professional feedback to parents and build positive relationships
Ensure that the nursery's standards are consistently met
Lead by example and ensure staff work effectively together
