We are seeking a highly organised and motivated individual to join our team as a Sales Administrator.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Managing the main sales email inbox

Creating/confirming new company accounts that have been added to the system

Handling ID checks to prevent fraudulent transactions

Collecting and inputting sales data into spreadsheets

Checking payments to identify any that may need to go through a compliance process

Making card payments for cash sales.

Updating commission figures for with our sales dashboards.

Chasing VAT invoices & other specific reports.

Creating and updating dashboards in our CRM system

Working Hours 8am - 5pm

Salary:

£24,000 27,000 depending on experience
