~ Sales Administrator~ Full time, permanent opportunity~ 100% office based~ Reading, Berkshire~ £28,000 to £30,000 p.a.We are delighted to support an emerging brand in the F&B sector, in their search for a Sales Administrator to help further facilitate their growth.In this role, your responsibilities will be across both sales and general office administration. You will be super organised, have a passion for great customer service, efficient and be able to work effectively under pressure, and also enjoy being a key part of a sociable and cohesive team.Key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing support to the sales team - writing and sending weekly trade mailer, trade store administration
  • Data administration - entering data into our systems accurately and efficiently
  • Supporting the co-ordination of and attending events (occasional weekend and evening work maybe required)
  • Accounts administration - paying invoices, sending statements and chasing debtors
  • Customer service support through emails & phone
  • General administrative support for the business and directors

What we're looking for from you:

  • At least 2 years experience in a similar, broad administrative role
  • Passion for great customer service
  • Proven track record of excellent organisational skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Impeccable attention to detail
