A Technology company for the future who are rapily expanding and driving forward the most up to date Technology in Digital Signage Audio Visual and IT.this is an ideal role to join a growing company in the technology field.The ideal candidate will have some experience of CRM systems excellent administration skills and telephone manner a confident and outgoing personality. The main purpose of this role is to sit within the sales support team to bridge the process between sales and operations
Key Responsibilities
- Support CRM system and making sure proper utilisation by all users and updating the CRM
- Supporting communication with customers both inbound and outbound by telephone or email
- Liaise with vendors to provide quotes for the sales team
- Preparing Sales Quotes
- Answer sales queries on price availability and specification of equipment
- Processing purchase orders received
- Will have good standard on Microsoft Office Word and Excel
- Excellent Administration and Communication skills
