An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Treatment Co-ordinator to join this growing private health care company who are based in Pangbourne. The role will involve speaking to potential customers to explain the treatments on offer as well as providing a five-star service which will enhance the customers' overall experience.

Job Type: Permanent positionLocation: Pangbourne, office basedSalary: (depending on experience)Working Hours: Monday - Thursday 8am - 5.15pm / Friday 8am - 4pm

As the Treatment Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to emails sent by customers in a timely manner
  • First point of contact for new customers
  • Arranging consultations for customers as soon as possible
  • Explaining different treatments on offer to customers
  • Showing previous work to help patients understand treatments
  • Booking paid consultations for customers
  • Digital photography
  • Explaining treatment consent forms and arranging finance options
  • Understanding and reporting on the sales pipeline
  • Follow up calls to customers to gain feedback
  • Manage outstanding treatment plans and remove barriers in order to achieve fulfilment targets
  • Monitoring front of house systems to ensure five-star service is delivered

The successful candidate will have the following related skills / experience:

  • An outgoing friendly "people person" is essential for this role.
  • A team player and willingness to support where needed.
  • Confident communicator all levels
  • To be able to build rapport and have an understanding and empathy towards clients.
  • Previous experience within a customer service role is essential.
  • An understanding of up selling where necessary
  • The ability to grow relationships both internally and externally.
  • Proficient on MS Office including Word & Excel
  • Previous experience of working within a clinical industry would be advantageous
  • Previous experience of working as a dental nurse is essential for this role
