We're Looking for a Skilled Handyperson to Join Our Team!
Are you a reliable and experienced Handyperson with a CSCS card and your own tools? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team in Reading starting on 6th January 2025. As part of our construction project, you'll play a vital role in ensuring that the site runs smoothly, supporting tradesmen, and carrying out general maintenance tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carrying out basic maintenance and repairs across the site
- Assisting with general construction tasks and providing support to tradesmen
- Ensuring all tools and equipment are properly maintained
- General cleaning and tidying of the work area to maintain a safe environment
- Supporting site management with any ad hoc duties as required
- Adhering to health and safety regulations at all times
What We're Looking For:
- Valid CSCS card (essential)
- Own tools to carry out maintenance and general tasks
- Previous experience in a similar role, particularly on construction sites
- Proactive, with a good eye for detail and a hands-on approach
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong communication skills and the ability to follow instructions
- Full PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required
