Evolve are recruiting for a growing pharmaceutical company who are seeking a Healthcare Partnership Manager to join their team, specialising in Nephrology. You’ll be responsible for producing, implementing and monitoring your territory account plan, providing a positive customer experience across all engagements. As well as being accountable for securing local access to launch medicines and delivering subsequent sales growth.

This is a full-time position covering the South of the UK.

Ideal Requirements for a Healthcare Partnership Manager

  • Previous experience in Nephrology and or Rare Disease experience would be desirable.
  • Understanding of the NHS, including specialised commissioning and patients pathways.
  • Ability to translate business insights into a commercial action plan.

Role Responsibilities for a Healthcare Partnership Manager

  • Establish strong business relationships with identified key customer groups (clinical and non-clinical) to ensure commercial objectives are met.
  • Deliver a territory account plan that directs activities in key accounts cross all treatment settings and stakeholders through individual contribution and also through cross functional working and collaboration.
  • Engage with payer customer management across the full spectrum of access customer types.
