We have a fantastic opportunity for a bright and capable Graduate (STEM subjects) looking to develop a Consultancy career within Supportability Engineering. This will be an exciting three-year Graduate Scheme, where you will work within a supportive team environment and can receive industry recognised training and certification. As your experience grows, so will your salary – initially starting on a salary of £32,000, the Company conducts regular salary reviews, and this can increase to c£47,000 by the end of the placement!

The role:

Initially focusing on data modelling and IT communications engineering, you will receive structured training to progress through to assisting with the design of information and communication products. Once you’ve gained a real understanding of our client's service offering, you’ll have the chance to work on client facing consultancy engagements to build and enhance your consulting skills, with opportunities to travel and attend meetings at customer sites across the UK. Please note this role is subject to UK Defence Industry Security clearance employment law exemptions (for more information see DSPCR GOV.UK)

Requirements:

  • Educated to Degree standard in either Mechanical Engineering, Maths and Physics (Grade 2:1 or higher)

  • Maths A Level or equivalent highly advantageous

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail

  • Highly organised and able to prioritise effectively

  • Valid UK driving Licence and transport

  • Must live within 45 mins Reading UK for daily travel

  • Confident user of MS Office applications, including MS Excel analysis techniques
