SEMH TA Role:This role offers psychology graduates the chance to work directly with students, supporting their learning and emotional development. You'll gain valuable experience in:
- Providing one-to-one support and identifying triggers for behaviour
- Facilitating therapeutic techniques and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team
- Offering insights on adapting the curriculum to help students reach their full potential
SEMH TA Desirable Qualities:
- A 2:2 degree or higher in Psychology or a related subject
- A passion for supporting children with additional needs
- Experience working with children is a plus but not required
- Strong communication and observational skills, and a proactive attitude
