Responsibilities of a Teaching Assistant:
- Help with Lesson Planning: Assist teachers to create engaging and imaginative lessons to encourage student’s interest.
- Offer Individual Support: Provide help to one-to-one or small groups of students.
- Build Positive Relationships: Develop supportive connections with students to boost their confidence and encourage participation.
- Promote Positive Behaviour: Assist in managing behaviour to ensure a calm and productive classroom.
- Work as a Team: Collaborate with teachers and staff to enhance the learning experience for all students.
