Position Overview:

This is a great opportunity to join a leading property management company that embraces growth and development! The Concierge will have primary responsibility for managing front of house customer service routines across developments, ensuring exceptional service aligned with the requirements of management contracts, leases, service level agreements, and other related obligations.

Main Duties:

  • Act as an ambassador of the brand, ensuring top-tier customer service for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Always engage with customers in an enthusiastic, empathetic, and professional manner.
  • Answer the phone with courtesy, identifying yourself.
  • Respond to emails and other forms of communication promptly, professionally, and clearly represented.
  • Address complaints or concerns by seeking appropriate solutions and collaborating with the wider team where necessary.
  • Demonstrate empathy towards customer inquiries, requests, and concerns.
  • Proactively seek in-house training or additional learning opportunities to enhance your role and service standards.
  • Support the ongoing asset management routines for the development, ensuring contract, risk, and mobilisation management tasks are completed effectively and on time.
