BDS Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Housing Support Co- Ordinator based in Reading.
You will be based over 3 sites so being a driver with access to a vehicle is essential.
Ideally you will have previous experience working as a Scheme Manager previously or have worked in Social Housing/Supported Living background.
Hours- 25 hours per week, 5 hours per day- Monday- Friday
The role is a temporary ongoing position initially to start ASAP.
Pay - 14.26ph PAYE- 17.79ph UMB
This role will be running a retirement living service for older adults above the age of 55.
The main function of the role is to provide daily communication with the residents, who live independently within the Scheme, ensuring the scheme is maintained and being responsible for resident engagement and involvement.
We are looking for someone with strong IT Skills and experience in facilities management, health and safety risk assessments and administration/ housing experience.
Other duties will include but not limited too;
- Daily welfare checks with the residents
- Signposting information
- Maintenance reporting
- Health & Safety checks
We are able to offer the roles on a temp ongoing or temp to perm basis
