Predominately operating within central Europe, this is a great opportunity to complete and oversee end to end payroll processing. This is a temporary opportunity with an immediate start (high likelihood for a temporary to permanent transition).

Description
EMEA Payroll Manager (Interim) - Responsibilities
- Overseeing and managing day to day payroll operations for various entities (including but not limited to France, UK, Germany, Spain, Nordics etc.)
- Ensure all compliance and correct process is followed - being the first line of escalation for the payroll team
- Working closely with external as well as internal auditors - provided necessary information
- Review and submit monthly payroll journals
- Maintain and develop bureau relationships externally - overseeing service level
- Ensure SOX compliance + pension + tax approval
- Managing a team - direct reports TBC

- Proven EMEA Payroll management/supervisory exposure
- Knowledge of working with SOX compliance
