ARM are delighted to be working with our client to help them recruit a HR Manager on a 12 month contract.

The Role:

  • Lead and manage a personal case load and/or projects, drawing on relevant expertise to resolve complex issues and manage business risk.
  • Confident in delivering a company wide HR service line including associated data management, provider management and legal compliance.
  • Lead the consistent delivery of high-quality HR advice to customers, working to agreed SLAs
  • Build relationships with operational stakeholders to understand issues and provide effective responses
  • Provide data, undertake expert analysis, research and make recommendations on HR solutions. Facilitate the creation and management of reports to track our key measures of success
  • Build relationships with external related organisations in order to maintain legal and regulatory compliance and best practise.

Requirements:

  • Strong industrial relation/Trade Union/large industrial site experience required
  • Excellent understanding of Microsoft office applications
  • Confident ability to deal with stakeholders
  • Experience of drafting documents & agreements
  • Strong analytical skills, able to resolve pay & cost queries.
  • Must be educated to degree level and understand legalese
