ARM are delighted to be working with our client to help them recruit a HR Manager on a 12 month contract.

The Role:

Lead and manage a personal case load and/or projects, drawing on relevant expertise to resolve complex issues and manage business risk.
Confident in delivering a company wide HR service line including associated data management, provider management and legal compliance.
Lead the consistent delivery of high-quality HR advice to customers, working to agreed SLAs
Build relationships with operational stakeholders to understand issues and provide effective responses
Provide data, undertake expert analysis, research and make recommendations on HR solutions. Facilitate the creation and management of reports to track our key measures of success
Build relationships with external related organisations in order to maintain legal and regulatory compliance and best practise.

Requirements:

Strong industrial relation/Trade Union/large industrial site experience required

Excellent understanding of Microsoft office applications
Confident ability to deal with stakeholders
Experience of drafting documents & agreements
Strong analytical skills, able to resolve pay & cost queries.
Must be educated to degree level and understand legalese
