Description
UK Payroll Manager (Interim)
- Processing of monthly payrolls - with pension and benefits included
- Preparation and submission of monthly RTI's to HMRC
- System management
- Process BACS for all UK Payrolls
- Oversight of 2,000 employees across multiple payrolls
- Manage a small team of payroll advisors/administrators
- Prepare all information for all external and internal reports
- Year end procedures - e.g. P11D's for all payrolls
- Escalation point for all payroll queries for the payroll team and wider employees
Profile
UK Payroll Manager (Interim)
- Immediately available or available on short notice
- Strong experience of team management and leading
- Ability to process end to end payroll (manually)
- CIPP qualifications (desirable)
- Knowledge of current payroll legislation
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Strong accounting/payroll background
- Commutable distance to W. Berkshire
