Alexander Lloyd are delighted to be working with a global, complex, matrix Professional Services organisation on the recruitment of an HR Advisor on a permanent basis.

This is dual location role is split across Reading and Bristol. Travel to each site weekly is essential so location is key for the position.

Working alongside the HR Manager you will provide first class HR support to multiple client areas with a headcount of around 600 employees.

This is a full HR Generalist role with a heavy emphasis on Employee Relations. You will have exposure across all levels so you will need confidence in communicating with senior employees.

Your background will ideally be linked to the professional/financial services sector however this is not essential. You will just need to have experience within fast-paced, large, complex, matrix organisations.

Several years performing as an HR advisor will be required to be successful in this position.

Key skills required

  • 3+ years experience as a generalist HR Advisor
  • Exceptional knowledge of ER and UK employment Law
  • Ability to provide first class HR Advice and guidance
  • Proven stakeholder management across all levels
  • CIPD Qualified
  • Experience within the Professional Services sector (beneficial but not essential)

As mentioned, the role is split across Reading and Bristol. The organisation offers hybrid working of 50:50 split between office and home but at least 1 day per week in each office is required.

The salary on offer is up to £45,000 DOE + benefits
