Description

Working in a small UK HR team of 2 for this Pharma company in Reading.

  • First point of contact for all people-related questions and advice.
  • Employee Relations - low volume, fairly 'gentle' cases typically. They currently have two live ER cases.
  • Recruitment - own the recruitment process. Look to do more direct recruitment, look to use LinkedIn more.
  • Learning and Development - conduct TNA/LNA, and design and deliver appropriate learning interventions off the back of these results.
  • Payroll - updating and collating the Payroll data and sending it to the outsourced provider ADP for processing.

  • HR Administration - support across the full employee lifecycle.
